TripClear ("the app") is developed by Anastasiia Kondrashova.

TripClear does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All processing happens entirely on your device.

The app accesses your photo library solely to detect trips and identify duplicate photos. No photos or metadata are uploaded, shared, or transmitted anywhere.

The app reads GPS coordinates embedded in your photos (EXIF data) to group photos by trip. The app does not access your device's live location.

The app contains no analytics, tracking SDKs, or crash reporting tools. No usage data is collected.

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple. TripClear does not handle or store payment information.

The app is not directed at children under 13.
